After seeing this video I seriously think that is really worrying to know that a five-ton satellite is falling to earth and The Nasa who sent this satellite does not know where will it hit or where it is!!! Answering to your question I think that is interesting and really helpful to the population of all over the world to send these satellites because they notice on what can happen in the future and give us important information of how is our planet!!! I will answer your question, I think my satellites are important to know the rotation of planets, life beyond our world, meteorites, etc ...
to know many interesting things there and coexist on our planet in a balanced way and need to know that it happens around!!
but I disagree that it is threatening people's lives, and living things on Earth because these technological devices of the trap, destroy the most important layers like a life atmosphere, biosphere and the ozone layer that beginning and its consequences over the past years!!
as this is very bad for the planet, my advice is that NASA spacecraft make up less harmful for the planet and technological advances that we can run out of life, worse even killed us because of that science advances! but with more advances by trial and error you will know that satellites can be useful without damaging the world around us and hopefully pass in less than years!
Good Evening teacher... After seeing this video, I think that sending satellites into outer space is necessary because of all the benefits that we recieve from them. Although, in some rare cases like the one that we are experiencing right now the satellites might come back to earth without warning! So, my opinion is that scientists have to be more careful with the satellites because it is not the first time that this occurs, so before sending another satellite into outer space they should be sure that is it safe in every way, and avoid that this event occurs in the future.

When we send satellites into space there is always a risk that something can go wrong. This time the satellite which is falling to the earth’s atmosphere was send to space with the Discovery in 1991, it weights five tones and is coming down to the earth at five miles per second but the NASA scientist think that there will not be any consequences. For the moment, is too early to say where exactly will land. Nevertheless, ones the satellite gets in contact with the atmosphere most of it will get burned; that is why there is a small probability of people getting injured.
