  1. Hello , Teacher Marco I´m Stefany Bonilla 2nd. Chemistry
I think the feeling of the people in this video really is widespread the most powerful earthquake recorded in Japanese history, magnitude 8.9. The tremors were the result of a violent uplift of the sea floor 80 miles off the coast of Sendai, where the Pacific tectonic plate slides beneath the plate Japan sits on. Tens of miles of crust ruptured along the trench where the tectonic plates meet. The earthquake occurred at the relatively shallow depth of 15 miles, meaning much of its energy was released at the seafloor.
True love comes forth from humanity when horrific catastrophe and horrifying events take place upon this earth. Now people from the Tohoku area are expressing their thanks to all of the international aid from America …. Thank for your example of humility, gratitude, courage and honor. My thoughts exactly. It is wonderful to think of how much hatred there was between us at that time, and now to see all of the people of each country who deeply respect and love the other country. since about August last year, I've gained several new Japanese friends in facebook.the most of those cases, they requested me.
We remaind that God always be here and with us .

  3. Hello teacher Marco. I am Daniela Velasquez from 2nd FiMa.
While I was watching the video, I got really sad because many people suffered lot of things that neither is fair for anyone but after all this disaster they can go ahead and take this problem like an opportunity to star again and with power.
One day of March, 2011 an earthquake of 9.0 magnitude destroyed many material things and also many lives were lost but this was only the beginning because a tsunami reached as high as 1.33 feet destroying over 270.000 buildings, leaving many people homeless, and a big number of dead. When all the hope was lost, there were many people who came from far away to help them and they recognized and learned the true meaning of friendship, love and courage. The people of Tohoku have a long way to go but the only thing that the ask is the support of everybody, they are really grateful with all because many lives were saved and the only thing that they say is THANK YOU SO MUCH.

The dramatic changes of life show us the only thing that matters is love...in Japan for example after the earthwake and the tsunami there were a lot of missing people, dead people and homeless. But appeared "friends" that´s the real word to call them who provide food, build houses and today Japan started again: students keep studing, the airport is open to the public, buildings and houses are raise again. The wonderfull word thank you express their gratitude, affection to that heroes all over the world. This experience let us notice that we must fight to make a better world, a better person doesn´t matter where are you from; other fact that says a lot of japanese people is their education and culture that gave them an impulse to continue; everybody could be in this kind of situations in all the aspects of our lifes but, the real success is confront them like and strong, intelligent and independant human being.

  6. Hi Teacher! I'm Daniela Alejandra Cabrera from 2nd Physical Pantoja. I think the real question is not that we think, is that we feel? Because seeing the video, these images full of feelings of sadness, pain, despair. I felt my heart was breaking and I wondered: Why are these disasters in life?, Why what happened to these people? Is there a reason? Could have happened to us?. As I made these questions within me, the video was displayed data and flooded my head, but something changed in a second, I read the title of the video and said "thank you", really did not understand until it took more pictures.
There observe the sacrifice made by her English teacher and had these little memories of that day, but that was just the beginning because through the images could show the support and colaboration of many countries, which gradually reached a change , because they are moving forward and hope is not lost despite all the problems they faced.
I think all I need to say is that they are a great example of perseverance, strength and achievement, and thank everyone who helped because that's be real human beings, the world should always be united not only in tragedy.
Remember that we are human beings always act as such.

I think this video was very beautiful because it shows how many people helped Japan when ocurred the earthquake, we also saw how the city was rebuilt with the hard work of the people of many countries. This is a example of true friendship that still exist in the world and how the friendship returned the hope for those who were devastated by the earthquake. We should be more greatful with the people who help us in the hard times for example like the people of japan who are very greatful and they made this video for people who helped them in the earthquake.

But this also leaves a great mesaje because the video shows how thousands of people and governments helped this country to move forward with much hope and giving much strength to be able to overcome the great loss of thousands of missing people and to some form gave their lives to helping disabled children and not leaving them alone because they knew that at that time were to provide much help.

After a year, almost everything is already rebuilt and I think well that despite all the differences we still support them.

This video talks about an earthquake that happened one day like any. This occurred at 2:46 pm. with a magnitude of 9.0. This broke with everything and give them 15,824 deaths, but when they thought that all hope had died, a teacher and many others came from far away for to help them to erase everything were scary. Also they want to help to rebuild the infrastructure, but specially they want to help to rebuild their lives, and cheers up only saying “that’s will be OK". This is the true meaning of friendship, and now all they can say is “thank you, thank you very much”, even in other languages the meaning is the same. Now I think that is really wonderful to know that we still know how to help a brother.

The video also shows us that despite all that has happened is the ultimate hope is lost and that with the help of people committed to others, Japan has been able to succeed and overcome all adversities and emerge as the great power that is , people who contributed to this cause are big people and not only thought about themselves but in the welfare, of all people in need. The video leaves a great message, which is that we have to do everything we can without expecting anything in return all we do here on earth we will be rewarded twice when we die and we never give up because there will always to be a helping hand that will give us a hand to stand up and be able to continue fighting.

The impressive thing about these people is as though the odds are able to take it as an opportunity to go ahead and fight harder.
One day in March 2011 an earthquake with a magnitude of 9.0destroyed many material things but also human lives, this was just the beginning because I get a tsunami as high as 1.33 meters and came to destroy 270,000 buildings and homes, leaving a large number of deaths, injuries and millions homeless. Millions of people from the overnight lost everything in the tsunami.
It's amazing how people from different parts of the world travel to help others in their needs to provide a helping hand in the midst of so much disaster and desolation, how are you actions show us if there are people concerned about others and their welfare, determined to help selflessly.

Nowadays people don't care too much about what may happen to the fellow countries, but on this disaster many countries showed that all the world can make a difference by helping those who are in deep need, becoming what we are meant to be, brothers and sisters.
