A tornado struck Joplin, Missouri, on May 22, flattening buildings, destroying neighborhoods and killing more people than any other U.S. tornado since modern record-keeping began in 1950. the tornado entering the southwest side of town, Joplin High School students lost their school and town last year during a major tornado. A local high school teacher and her community came together to give seniors their prom. After the massive tornado barreled through their town Joplin High School students lost a lot -- friends and family members were killed, homes and possessions were destroyed and their high school was reduced to a pile of rubble. High school students who survived last year's devastating tornado in Joplin, in the local community and one very dedicated teacher, Amber Travis, with so much rebuilding yet to be done and classes still being held in makeshift school buildings, students have been making do with what little they have however it teaches us that we should learn, every day is a happy moment that we should look forward to every year -- even when times get rough.

Hi teacher Marco I’m Maria de Los Angeles Hidalgo from second chemical biology. I think the video was very interesting because it shows us how many people have a huge heart. The tornado destroyed many thing in this country and lose everything, and many people die but many people have a good feeling with this people and give the aid for the people. In the high school the graduated had had a festival for gradution but the tornado destroyed all the things, the people help with food, technology thing like a radio, computers, loudspeakers, gifts and more thing that they used maybe. The people give this feast because the graduates was very glad for this party and festival that the college give and they can feast for their graduation. the people that help this students allowed that they can have a smile and celebrate their glad. The message is: I think in the world exist with a huge heart and good feelings and they sometimes will be together with us to give a hand.in the life sometimes many thing show in the way but we must follow the way and we know superate the problems in the life.

A tornado struck Joplin, Missouri, on May 22, flattening buildings, destroying neighborhoods and killing more people than any other U.S. tornado since modern record-keeping began in 1950. the tornado entering the southwest side of town, Joplin High School students lost their school and town last year during a major tornado. This week's video shows a history of overcoming, emotional and community support. In the city of Joplin, when all were very quiet people doing their daily activities, something horrible happened. A tornado struck the city strong destroying homes, schools and even families. One of the most affected was the Joplin High School, where last year the people were coming to make your graduation party. A year after the disaster an NBC news reporter documented everything that had happened, she was very surprised when he learned that the whole city had come together to make the graduation party of young people. Helping with all things like flowers and dresses for women, suits and haircuts for men, snacks, music, in short everything. It is undeniable that the pain and loss can never be overcome, but at least the young never be wanting the beautiful memory of his party graduation.

I can see in the video a girl what lost she's mother and it is so sad because the mother is so important in the life. The tornado destroyed many thing in this country and lose everything, and many people die but many people have a good feeling with this people and give the aid for the people.
